Cancellation policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their order before the item is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the Return Policy after delivery.
No cancellation charges will be applied for orders canceled before shipping.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers may refuse the delivery at the doorstep. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
3. Cancellation by the Seller
An order may be canceled by us under the following conditions:
Product out of stock or unavailable
Pricing or information error on the product page
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is canceled by us:
You will be notified via email/SMS.
The full amount will be refunded within the standard refund timeline.
4. Refund Timeline After Cancellation
Pre-shipment cancellation: Refund initiated immediately and usually completes within 3–7 business days.
Post-shipment refusal/return: Refund initiated after the product reaches our warehouse (typically 5–7 business days after pickup/return**).
5. Non-Cancelable Products
Some products may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered. These may include:
Personalized or customized items
Products marked as Non-returnable / Non-cancelable on the product page
Perishable or temperature-sensitive items
